Step 5 is core to your success
It is paramount to your abundance to stay in a powerful, positive state of mind and emotions as often as you can. Ideally, you want to reach a point where you are 70% or more in a positive state.
1- Download the ladder of emotions and really assess on a daily basis where you stand on the ladder
2- Design your own One Minute Goodness (OMG) habits
at night just before going to sleep, focus on appreciation and thinking “thank you” for your toes, legs, etc… or anything else you want to be appreciative of.
in the morning: the first thought is “thank You, thank you, thank you” and begin focusing again on something simple like your body to be grateful for.
Everytime you go to the restroom, take the time to be grateful
Everytime you step into your car, be grateful
when your computer is slow: you can smile, take a deep breath, and think or say “I am rich”
Spread these simple habits around your day, so you can stay in the “blessed zone” at the top of the ladder.
Remember, the better you feel the more abundant you will be as you will stay open to guidance and intuition.
