MAP sessions can be given live in the office or online over skype. They both are as effective.
Every session is geared to dissolve, neutralize blocks and heal one aspect of your life- specific event, a pattern of behavior, a relationship conflict, a phobia, the beliefs that block you from reaching your goals, the patterns that are getting in your way. We find the unconscious barriers to your progress and neutralize them as well as strengthen the new powerful beliefs that will support your dream goals and desires.

How Does a MAP Session Work?
During the first MAP session, we define your dream goal, then educate your SuperConscious (awakening your inner genie) on how to find and neutralize negative memories on demand. This education happens only once.
The education of your SuperConscious is a two-step process:
1st step: You will watch a short training video on how the mind works and how your SuperConscious can neutralize any negative and painful memories, emotions and limiting beliefs safely and painlessly.
2nd step: Now you will experience how your SuperConscious can help you. Simply relax, the goal here is to have you experience the release happening after a command. This will also give a little more training to your SuperConscious on how to find and treat negative emotions, beliefs and events, safely and on command.
You will focus your attention on the practice issue you have chosen to address. You will assess your level of anxiety, fear, stress, tension on a scale from 0-10 to measure your progress throughout the session. Your SuperConscious will receive the first command and you will observe what happens in your body and mind after that command. You then give feedback on the progress and shifts you are noticing. After a few minutes, you will assess your stress level again. We then tailor the next commands to your specific needs until you feel complete and total neutrality about the issue chosen.
Once the SuperConscious is fully educated (step 1 and 2), we begin the MAP session on your highest priority.
In your following MAP sessions, we can immediately begin with your highest priority.
