Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Since the Yearly subscription saves more than 60% compared to the bi-weekly and monthly subscriptions, a refund is not available. We may, at our discretion, offer you private sessions or programs we host in exchange to use the amount left. To see if you are eligible for it and arrange it, please contact us at [email protected].
The MAP Coaching Program is a membership program charged to your account every year. To avoid future charges for a future billing cycle, you can cancel yourself at any time by logging into your online portal, going to settings, and canceling, or you can cancel your membership at any time by emailing us at [email protected].
We offer a three-day grace period from the date of your renewal. For example, if you registered on the 1st of January, you will be charged on the 1st of January of each year, and so on and so forth. In this example, if you contact us by the 3rd of January we can issue you a full refund for the automated charge that was executed on the 1st. Any cancellation after the three-day grace period will not be refunded. Once canceled after the automated charge you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. This means you will have access to all materials for the remainder of the billing cycle you were charged for.
Since the Coaching Program is a subscription, once you cancel your membership at any time of your own accord and you reach the end of the billing cycle you will no longer have access to the materials in your Coaching Library.
We (the MAP Coaching Institute and its team) are not responsible for reminding you to use the coaching program, we will do our best with email reminders and onboarding to give you access to your program. If at any point you don’t know how to access your purchase email us at [email protected] and we will help you access your account.
Video/audio recording agreement
I authorize the MAP Coaching Institute to use each recorded live session done on Zoom so that the session can be posted to the Online coaching program portal and be used for educational purposes for all of our Private MAP members.
I understand that these recordings are for the MAP Coaching Institute Private Members only and will not be distributed outside of the member portal without written authorization from you.
I understand that if the MAP Coaching Institute found it useful to extract a recording for training or marketing purposes, written authorization would be solicited before any public posting or publication outside of the MAP Coaching Group Membership Portal.
Full Age & Responsible Agreement:
I hereby warrant that I am of full age (18 or older) and have the right to contract in my name. I have read the above authorization, release, and agreement, before its execution and am fully familiar with the contents of this document. This document shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
