I just had to share what an excellent workshop this was.  THANK YOU!!  I got so much out of it. Each segment helped prepare us for the next.  

Through your slides and explanations I came away understanding how boundaries align to our values. I saw how my top values lead to my over-giving. Also, that I am able to prioritize and express other values (fairness, respect) when I’m at work managing people.  When I feel free in an environment or if I’m able to create the environment I am able to bring forth other values.  

During the MAP process
I experienced some strong energy shifting and it greatly diminished down to a strong anxiety in my solar plexus.  Once you did the work on Mindset Barriers, the anxiety went completely away.  I loved the forgiveness process in MAP, too.  

It was a good experience to use practice scenarios to walk thru and verbalize our boundaries.  In the weeks since the workshop I've had several opportunities to use what I learned.  Each time it got easier.  It isn’t always a case of saying yes or no to a request.  Sometimes its limiting or negotiating parts of the request.  While setting boundaries is an intimidating concept at first, in reality it feels very freeing to truly exercise my choice in a way that serves me.  And in that way I’m finding it benefits both the other person and me.  I’m very glad I learned this!
