My journey into this work began with a multi-decade exploration of holistic healing and personal transformation. I've studied over fifty modalities—from Access Consciousness and Bach Flower Remedies to Yin Therapy and beyond. Along the way, I opened a private practice in Vancouver and co-owned an international training company, experiences that taught me how to bridge the energetic with the practical and share transformational work in ways that feel authentic and sustainable.

This path led me to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Certified Pranic Healer, GeoTran Practitioner, and eventually a Certified MAP Practitioner (I loved the MAP Certification Program so much I completed it twice). I became so passionate about this work that I now serve as a teaching supervisor helping new students master these methods.

When I discovered the MAP Method, it felt like the missing piece: a way to create deep, lasting change without struggle, analysis, or reliving the past. It became the bridge between everything I had studied—the science of the mind, the wisdom of the body, and the energetic roots of transformation.
