Hi, I’m Laura.

For years, pain was my teacher. I grew up as the sensitive youngest child in a chaotic home with rage and mental illness as constants. To escape, I turned to people, places, and things to fix me. What followed were years of toxic, gaslighting relationships, cycles of self-sabotage, addiction, and deep emotional pain.

By 24, I knew I had to change or I wouldn’t see 25.

That moment became the spark. Through decades of recovery, radical honesty, spiritual awakening, and trauma healing, I discovered something life-changing: pain can be transmuted into freedom! I learned that the subconscious mind can be reprogrammed, trauma can be released, and new life is always possible.

Today, I am a Certified Master Life and MAP Coach specializing in trauma healing, Spiritual Psychology, Universal Law Education, and Quantum Healing and Manifestation. My greatest passion and purpose is helping women and men who have unhealed trauma, are stuck in toxic cycles and/or relationships, and want to:

  • Release subconscious blocks and limiting beliefs
  • Restore their true identity
  • Reclaim their freedom of choice and soul-led purpose
