30-Day Case Study: Neuro ReShape

In 2022, I ran several case study rounds exploring the connection between MAP work, the nervous system, and the release of both physical and emotional weight.

The results were powerful.

From those experiences, Neuro ReShape was born — a program that has since supported hundreds of people around the world in releasing what no longer serves them…
physically, emotionally, and mentally.

Including me.

Since then, I have continued to deepen my knowledge, refine my approach, and expand my work.

And now, I feel called to open a new chapter.

🔬 A New 30-Day Case Study

This is a guided 30-day experimental container exploring what happens with emotional and physical weight when:

– the body feels safer,
– the nervous system is more regulated,
– and change is no longer forced, but allowed.

🗓 The 30-Day Case Study runs from April 1st – April 30th.

Access to the program will be granted via Kajabi on March 31st, one day before the program begins.

As part of this case study, you will be working with a new MAP subliminal audio — designed to go deeper than anything I have created before.

What to Expect

Over the 30 days, you will receive:

– Pre-assessment (before we begin) to map your current patterns, triggers, and relationship with your body
– Post-assessment (after 30 days) to observe shifts, changes, and integration

– Access to a new MAP subliminal audio hosted on the Kajabi platform (not downloadable), available in multiple sound formats (so you can choose what works best for your system)

– A simple daily structure (10–15 min) to support consistency without pressure

– Access to a private, closed support space on WhatsApp for the duration of the case study
