This framework ensures that your goals are aligned at every level—not just logically, but emotionally, subconsciously, and spiritually.
Phase 1: Emotional AlignmentWe begin by cultivating happiness as your foundation—not as a reward at the end.Through guided magnetization, you’ll connect with the emotional frequency of your Favorite Self—the version of you who already feels expansive, capable, and inspired.This creates the emotional fuel needed for change to happen naturally. 
 
Phase 2: Identity AlignmentLasting change requires an identity shift.In this phase, you’ll learn how to choose goals based on who you are becoming, not who you’ve been.You’ll create Future-Self Identity Statements and gently clear subconscious resistance using MAP (Make Anything Possible) techniques.Instead of fighting old patterns, your identity begins working with you. 
 
Phase 3: Purpose AlignmentHere, we anchor your goals in meaning.Using Ikigai and your personal Mission, Vision, and Purpose, you’ll clarify what truly matters to you—so your goal feels meaningful, motivating, and worth showing up for.A goal aligned with purpose creates natural momentum. 
 
Phase 4: Action AlignmentOnly after alignment do we plan.You’ll learn how to translate your aligned goal into:
  • Clear milestones
  • Small, doable micro-steps
  • A structure that fits your real life, energy, and values
We use the H.E.A.R.T. Framework- Happiness, Enthusiasm, Awareness, Resourcefulness, and Tenacity - so action feels supportive instead of exhausting.

This workshop is gently structured into seven guided steps:

  1. Opening Magnetization: Anchor the emotional frequency of your Favorite Self - joy, possibility, and expansion.
  2. Identity-Based Goal Setting: Shift from outcome-based goals to identity-based goals that flow naturally from who you are becoming.
  3. Ikigai Exploration: Clarify where your passions, gifts, purpose, and future vision intersect.
  4. H.E.A.R.T. Foundations: Choose the HEART qualities you will consciously embody this year.
  5. Choosing Your Favorite-Self Goal: Select one deeply aligned goal and define what “done” looks and feels like.
  6. Milestones & Micro-Commitments: Break your goal into early milestones and gentle steps that build confidence and momentum.
  7. MAP Session: Clearing & Anchoring Identity: Close with a guided subconscious session to release fear, self-doubt, and old identity limits - while anchoring empowerment and self-belief.
