1. MAP Session: “Why Do I Find Stillness So Hard?”
When was the last time you felt safe enough to rest without fixing or proving? In this session, you’ll uncover why your body resists calm and begin to rewire your system for peace, presence, and regulation.

2. Somatic Exercise: Knowing Through the Body
Can you feel what your body is saying before your mind explains it away? Through a slow, guided scan, you’ll notice sensations and emotions without judgment, softening chronic tension and reawakening your body’s natural wisdom.

3. MAP Session: Feeling Into Blocks
What if your resistance isn’t sabotage - but protection? In this session, we’ll clear what the previous exercise revealed - anything that keeps you from being present with yourself and honoring your gentle, protective parts.

4. Somatic Exercise: The Three Knowings
Do you listen to your body - or override it with logic? You’ll reconnect with your body, emotion, and intuition - your three inner intelligences - learning to trust their signals and move through life with grounded clarity.

5. MAP Session: “Feeling Disconnected: Body, Emotions & Intuition”
Have you ever felt like your head and heart live in different worlds? This session dissolves the inner walls revealed in the previous exercises, formed, often in early childhood, when connection felt unsafe, rebuilding the trust your body needs to communicate and heal.

6. Somatic Exercise: Heart Compass
What if the clearest answers were already in you? You’ll learn to tune into your heart as a living guide - finding calm clarity in moments of stress, cravings, or choice. Guiding you to come back home truly.

7. MAP Session: Come Back Home
What if coming home wasn’t about fixing yourself - but finally being with yourself? In this final MAP Session, you’ll align your body, emotions, and heart in one. It will help you align with all your heart's desires and release anything that isn't yours or no longer serves you.
