How much of yourself have you learned to hold back?

  • You say yes when you want to say no.
  • You feel guilty when you rest.
  • You keep pushing through, even when your body is asking you to slow down.

And when it comes to your body and sexuality?

Maybe you've spent years feeling uncomfortable with your changing body, ashamed of your desires, or unsure whether it's okay to ask for what brings you pleasure.

You may understand where some of these patterns come from. But understanding them doesn't always mean you've stopped living by them.

An invitation to come back to yourself.

When was the last time you made an occasion out of spending time with yourself?

Not running errands or taking care of somebody else.

Just you.

For four hours, we're inviting you to step away from everyday responsibilities and join a gathering of women exploring their bodies, desires, creativity, and feminine power.

And we'd love for you to make this experience your own.

Perhaps it's your favorite dress, a little lipstick, or a pair of earrings.

Or perhaps it's bare feet, messy hair, and your softest clothes.

Light a candle. Bring some flowers into the room. Create a little sanctuary, just for you.

Wild or quiet. Playful or thoughtful. Soft or outspoken.

There's no one way to be feminine. And there's no one way to be you.

Come as you are.

Wherever you are in your journey as a woman, there's room for you here.

Womanhood looks different for every woman. And what we need, desire, and want from life can change along the way.

Perhaps you're:

  • Finding your own path, beneath all the expectations of who you should be.
  • Juggling a career, family, and everyone else's needs, with little time left for yourself.
  • Navigating changes in your body, through perimenopause, menopause, or another stage of life.
  • Entering a new chapter, ready to discover what you want for yourself now.

Whether you menstruate, no longer have a cycle, or have had a hysterectomy, you're welcome here.

There's no particular age or stage of life you need to reach to reconnect with your body, desires, and feminine power.

Reclaim. Reconnect. Embody.

Your retreat will unfold in three phases, each inviting you to explore a different part of your relationship with yourself.

RECLAIM

Your voice. Your boundaries. Your power.

Explore the good-girl conditioning, people-pleasing, and beliefs that may still have you saying yes when you mean no, hiding your anger, or putting yourself last.

Through MAP clearing and reflection, begin addressing these patterns and exploring what it means to express your needs, honor your boundaries, and make choices without constantly seeking approval.

RECONNECT

Your body. Your sexuality. Your desires.

Explore the shame and conflicting messages you've absorbed about your body, pleasure, sexuality, and femininity, and how they've influenced your relationship with yourself.

Through MAP, guided meditation, and gentle movement, reconnect with your body, explore its natural rhythms, and discover Sarah's approach to sexual energy as a source of creativity and life-force.

EMBODY

Your intuition. Your creativity. Your life.

What would it look like to rest without guilt, express your desires, trust your decisions, or finally make time for something you've been putting aside?

Explore how to bring greater self-trust, boundaries, intuition, pleasure, and creativity into everyday life.

We'll close with a MAP alignment session focused on embodying the woman who honors her needs and takes inspired action toward what matters to her.

Meet your guide, Sarah Cosford

Sarah Cosford

MAP Practitioner | Trauma-Informed Somatic Coach | Divine Feminine Embodiment Guide

Raised in a strict religious environment, Sarah learned early to follow the rules, take responsibility, and put others first.

Those patterns followed her into a demanding career in business and finance, where she gradually became disconnected from her body, desires, creativity, and sense of purpose.

Leaving that world behind began a journey of self-discovery, learning to listen to her body, trust her intuition, and reconnect with her feminine wisdom.

Today, Sarah brings together over 10 years of study and personal practice in somatic work, breathwork, energy healing, and feminine embodiment with the MAP Method and her experience facilitating online and in-person groups.

Through Woman Reclaimed, she's inviting women into a space where they can openly explore sexuality, shame, pleasure, and the beliefs that have shaped their lives, while reconnecting with the freedom to be themselves.

Four hours to make space for the woman you've been putting aside.

“You do not have to be good.”

— Mary Oliver, Wild Geese

Not here.
Not for these four hours.

You don't have to be agreeable, perfectly put together, or everything everyone needs you to be.

You don't have to hide your anger, downplay your desires, or make yourself smaller to keep everyone else comfortable.

You get to be YOURSELF.
