The purpose of the Body Positivity Self-paced program is to help one heal self-criticism, self-judgments, and body image. It is a combination of subliminal sessions as well as the MAP Sessions, Meditations, and exercises especially created for this program.
It doesn't matter if you've tried and failed before. It doesn't matter if you are still at an undesired weight. It doesn’t even matter if you’ve always been hard on yourself about your body. That’s because this experience delivers amazing results.
This is the first time we offer the experience to the general public as it was reserved only for our MAP members. We want to give everyone an opportunity to heal their self-image and to fall in love with themselves, maybe for the first time ever.
