I’m April Franklin, a Virginia certified massage therapist and Certified MAP (Make Anything Possible™) Coach. I support clients through a blend of transformational bodywork, MAP Coaching, and mindfulness practices.

I believe in the power of relaxation as real medicine for modern life. Massage can be a moment of peace in your hectic day—an oasis that reminds your mind and body how to soften, unwind, and reset.

MAP Coaching helps remove the roadblocks that keep you from moving forward and becoming your best self. I also incorporate nervous-system-friendly practices (including mindfulness and other supportive modalities) to help you feel more regulated and resilient to life’s challenges.

Used individually or in combination, these approaches can help decrease stress and anxiety, reduce chronic pain, and create more calm, balance, ease, and joy.
