About Dasha

A little context to help you feel the person behind the work.

  • How did you find MAP?

As many MAP practitioners say, MAP found me.

I was searching for answers on social media, feeling a persistent sense that I needed something more than what I already had in my 20+ years if experience as a clinical therapist. I was looking for magic, something that could clear limitations and shift the quality of my life in the present moment. I stumbled upon a MAP group webinar invitation by Colette Streicher. I felt called and pulled and chose to participate.

What I experienced afterward was different from years of prior transformational work: an immediate level of relief and clarity I had not accessed before.

After experiencing the depth of change that shifted my entire access to what became possible for me. I enrolled in the MAP certification program, became certified, and integrated MAP into my professional work.

It became a foundational and ecological method I use to help people access lasting relief and scalability through their own inner intelligence and wisdom.

  • Personal transformation story?

My Experience with MAP

One of the earliest shifts I experienced through MAP was with a long-standing fear of flying. In my first individual session, something moved in a way that years of prior work had not. I went from avoiding flying to confidently planning and successfully and joyfully accomplishing long-distance trips to another side of the world. That experience shifted the whole premise behind opening the plane of possibilities once emotional imprints are resolved at the root.

Since MAP became an integral part of my life, the changes have been both subtle and profound. I began noticing fewer internal limitations and a quiet reduction in chronic self-criticism. My nervous system became more integrated and resilient under pressure. Decisions that once felt externally driven started to arise from a clearer sense of inner authority. I became more available for relational repair, more honest in communication, and less governed by inherited survival patterns.

MAP allowed me to align with myself with greater clarity, regulation, and self-trust.  MAP made it possible for me to find my inner self on demand under any challenging circumstances.  How cool is that?!

  • Previous career or life path?

I came to MAP after more than two decades in mental health, working across healthcare and higher education. Throughout those years, I was drawn to the innate wisdom within each person — across cultures, experiences, and life paths. I moved within the field and trained in many modalities, becoming a facilitator and a conduit for people having access to their innate capacity for change.  The moments that felt most true and transformative were when people accessed their own wisdom, clarity and power - and took steps from that place. “I continue to hold a part-time mentorship and supervisory role in a mental health clinic, supporting clinicians in deepening their capacity to meet the human essence in those they serve — beyond any single modality.

  •  What drives your work today?

I work with leaders and professionals who have achieved success but are tired of bracing for it. Many of the people I support are high-functioning, insightful, capable, and deeply devoted, yet internally driven by inherited survival patterns that no longer serve them.

Leadership, as I see it, is not limited to professional roles. I also work with women who have led families, relationships, and communities, often carrying invisible responsibility while silencing their own needs. That, too, is leadership.

My work focuses on resolving the emotional imprints beneath over-functioning, burnout, chronic self-criticism, and relational rupture. Using MAP and brain and nervous system-based integration, I help clients move from performance pressure and depletion into regulation, clarity, and inner authority.

This is depth work. It is precise, gentle, respectful, and grounded. Many clients leave the first session with increased clarity, a felt sense of relief, and empowered confidence that real change is possible. While we do not resolve everything in one meeting, we create the conditions for the nervous system to settle and begin integrating in a way that feels safe, regulated, and sustainable.  We create an internal ecosystem for making anything possible.

What began as a shared learning experience in the MAP method gradually became one of the most meaningful inner shifts of my life. What truly distinguishes Dasha is her rare ability to hold space without judgment — and with sincere curiosity. When something difficult surfaced, she didn’t rush to resolve or direct it. She stayed with it. She stayed with me. With thoughtful questions, she approached my inner world as something to welcome and care for, not something to fix. For years, my focus had been on transforming what felt limiting. With Dasha, I experienced a different way. In the compassionate space she held, I learned the importance of welcoming my parts rather than pushing against them — and how powerful that shift can be. Through our work together, I discovered something essential: it is safe to be with myself. Safe to feel. Safe to listen. Safe to welcome whatever arises. That inner safety is now something I carry with me. It has changed how I relate to myself and how I move forward in my life. I am deeply grateful for her presence, her care, and the depth of curiosity and integrity she brings to her work.
