WHO AM I AND HOW CAN I HELP YOU?
Hi, I’m Jelena.
I’m a mind-body practitioner working with emotional patterns, the nervous system, and subconscious processes that shape how we relate to our bodies and ourselves.
My work is grounded in studies in Traumatic Stress, HeartMath, MAP, and psychology and psychotherapy, as well as ongoing learning and collaboration.
My journey into this field began after a serious car accident that left me semi-paralyzed, and through my own lived experience of exploring emotional survival patterns, body connection, and self-regulation.
Over time, I began to see a clear truth — lasting change is rarely about the body alone, but about the emotional and nervous system patterns underneath it.
This is the foundation of NeuroReShape Program™: a gentler, body-led approach to change that works with safety, awareness, and internal regulation rather than force.
This is not a program about quick fixes, extreme transformations, or surface-level approaches
I am not here to teach fitness or nutrition.
I am here to help you understand the deeper emotional, subconscious, and nervous system patterns that shape your relationship with your body, food, stress, and self-worth — and how these patterns can begin to shift when you create enough safety within yourself.
