Margaret Allan is passionate about health. She is a degree-qualified Nutritionist and an Advanced Certified MAP Practitioner who has spent many years consulting with people privately and in groups to help them achieve their individual health and lifestyle goals.

Margaret believes true wellbeing requires a multi-faceted approach. Using a holistic perspective, she supports physical, mental, and emotional health—helping clients understand what’s not serving them and guiding them toward greater harmony and vitality.

Margaret uses nutritional medicine to address physical concerns such as fatigue, poor sleep, mood imbalances, weight concerns, and reduced immunity. In addition, she uses MAP to address common mental health challenges like stress, anxiety, depression, fears, phobias, and overwhelm—especially when they are linked to subconscious beliefs and past experiences.

In MAP consultations, Margaret offers a collaborative, non-judgmental space where you can explore challenges and clear what’s holding you back, creating lasting change and helping you “grow happiness under your feet.”
