About Ning
A little context to help you feel the person behind the work.
For years, I was the woman I now help. As a working mother, program manager, and immigrant, I carried constant stress, cultural expectations, and reactive patterns that no amount of therapy or self-help could touch. When perimenopause hit, the anxiety, irritability, and exhaustion intensified — and I felt ashamed for not holding it together.
The MAP Method changed everything. Rapidly, gently, and permanently. The stress patterns dissolved without reliving the past. My perimenopause symptoms lightened as my stress levels came down. Then I used it with my six-year-old daughter, who had PTSD two therapists couldn't resolve — and within weeks, she was clear. That was the moment I knew this was something different entirely.
I left my corporate career to become a certified MAP Practitioner, and now I help women leaders and founders upgrade through perimenopause instead of being derailed by it.
The Second Spring Framework
My approach is rooted in both Traditional Chinese Medicine and subconscious reprogramming.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, a woman experiences two springs in her lifetime. The First Spring is puberty — when energy moves outward toward caregiving, performing, and proving. For decades, we adapt, fix, and push through. We learn to run on empty and call it strength.
The Second Spring is menopause. In TCM, this is not a decline — it is an upgrade. Energy returns inward and moves upward toward the heartspace, wisdom, and longevity. The hormonal shifts of menopause remove the buffer that once allowed us to override our stress patterns and keep going. The body is no longer willing to absorb what the mind hasn't resolved.
This is the invitation: to stop being an adapter and fixer, and to step into the role of matriarch — leading from wisdom, calm, and wholeness rather than from proving and pushing.
When this transition is not guided, the First Spring patterns keep depleting the body and mind. Menopause symptoms arise and intensify. Stress history drives symptom severity. But suffering is not inevitable — it is optional.
With subconscious rewiring, women can move through this transition with far more ease. The patterns that once served them get upgraded. And what emerges on the other side is not a lesser version of who they were — it is the most powerful version yet.
What drives my work: I believe healing creates ripple effects far beyond the individual. When a woman stops leading from fear and starts leading from calm, confidence, and clarity — her decisions change. Her team changes. Her family changes. If more people lead from compassion instead of reactivity, we get a more compassionate and prosperous world. That's what this work is really about. One woman's upgrade at a time.

What Clients Love About Ning's Work
A few words from people who've experienced their work. (Individual results may vary)
"There is a stage in a woman's leadership journey that we do not talk about enough. It is the stage where your responsibility increases, your visibility grows, and at the same time your body begins to change. And the strategies that once fueled your success start to strain you.
I enrolled in Ning's three-month Second Spring Reset program at a pivotal point in my leadership. I was stepping into greater responsibility than ever before while navigating significant professional and personal challenges.
From the outside, I was performing. Internally, I could feel the strain. Changes related to perimenopause combined with years of accumulated stress began showing up as brain fog, lower stress tolerance, and physical symptoms I had normalized for too long. In emotionally charged moments, my throat would tighten and my stomach would inflame. I was carrying more than I realized.
Through this work, I began to see that what I was experiencing was not failure. It was overcapacity. The patterns that fueled my success — perfectionism, over-responsibility, pushing through — were rooted in deeply held beliefs about who I needed to be. Beliefs like "If I don't do it, no one will," "I have to set the example," and, more quietly, the fear that others might decide I am not good enough.
What stood out most was how effortless the MAP process felt. I did not have to relive painful experiences or force breakthroughs. In each session, the reactive stress patterns my nervous system had learned over years began to settle. The intensity that would build under pressure started to ease.
As those conditioned stress responses softened, I noticed real shifts. The tightness in my throat eased. The inflammation calmed. I stopped bracing. I felt clearer, steadier, and more strategic.
Since completing the program, I have navigated difficult conversations and complex situations differently. Not because I am trying harder, but because I am calmer. I feel more confident in my leadership than ever. Not from old beliefs or pressure to prove myself, but from clarity about who I am and the power I have to choose who I become.
This stage of life is not something happening to me. It is something I am consciously shaping. This work did not soften my edge. It strengthened it. And it gave me authorship over my life."
Quisha Light, Public Works Executive
"Before starting my MAP sessions, I always believed in the vast and untapped power of the mind — that we hold the ability to shape our reality through our thoughts. But believing in that power and actually being able to tap into it are two very different things. Despite years of reading, reflecting, and trying different techniques, I often found myself stuck in old patterns of negative thinking and self-doubt. I knew my mind was capable of more, but I just couldn’t seem to access that potential on my own.
Working with Ning completely changed that. Through her skilled and intuitive guidance, I have been able to get past the mental “roadblocks” that had kept me looping in the same unhelpful thoughts. The process itself feels both gentle and powerful — like my brain is finally allowed to release what no longer serves me. After each session, I have noticed a clear shift in my mindset: I am seeing solutions where before I saw problems, I feel calm where I once felt overwhelmed, and I can think more clearly and optimistically about my goals and possibilities.
What makes this coaching different from anything else I’ve tried is how effortless and effective it feels. Instead of forcing myself to think positively or reframe every thought, the MAP process seems to work at a deeper level — allowing my own mind to do the work naturally. It’s not about willpower or discipline; it’s about unlocking what’s already inside.
To anyone considering this work, I’d say: absolutely do it. If you’ve ever felt stuck despite knowing better, if you sense there’s more potential within you waiting to be accessed, MAP is a beautiful way to get there. With the right guidance from Ning, you will be amazed at what your mind is capable of when it’s released from your limiting programming."

"Working with Ning has helped me in a myriad of ways. I had been dealing with nightmares and other PTSD-related symptoms for years. Although I had tried multiple therapy approaches and coping mechanisms, it felt like I had hit a plateau. After a few months of working with Ning, I feel like I've been able to process these issues more deeply, and the symptoms have diminished significantly, if not disappeared.
What stood out most was how gentle and almost effortless Ning's subconscious coaching process felt. I was able to experience meaningful shifts without having to relive the past, force anything, or add more practices to my day. I feel more balanced and more like myself again, with greater energy for the parts of life that matter most to me beyond my career."
Carol Tsai Bochkov, Technical Program Manager
"Working with Truly Aligned Coaching has been one of the most transformative additions to my personal growth journey. I am someone who invests deeply in my own healing: I have been in therapy, I journal regularly, and I meditate. But the MAP technique with Ning opened an entirely new level of insight and clarity for me. This process helped me dig deeper into patterns, emotions, and connections I hadn’t been able to access through other methods. The impact is both immediate and meaningful. I noticed shifts and breakthroughs soon after each session. MAP with Ning is unlike anything I’ve experienced before. It has been profoundly positive and highly effective. After experiencing strong results from 1:1 coaching, I chose to try Ning's self-guided program. It's structured, efficient, and impactful. At a stage of life and career where stakes are higher, her program consistently keeps my baseline calm and confidence high even in stressful situations. I feel lighter after listening to each session, and the results are cumulative. I highly recommend!"
