About Susan

A little context to help you feel the person behind the work.

My background is in engineering, where I was trained to find root causes — not manage symptoms. That lens shapes everything about how I work. I came to MAP through my own experience: patterns I'd carried since childhood that therapy, mindset work, and multiple other approaches hadn't been able to touch. When subconscious repatterning work shifted something at a level nothing else had reached, I needed to understand why — and eventually became certified in the method myself.

Today I work with women carrying chronic anxiety patterns — overthinking, overwhelm, people-pleasing, perfectionism, negative self-talk — who are done trying to cope their way through it. Sessions are on Zoom, in group or private format.

Group Introductory Session

Format: 90-minute live group session on Zoom

Price: $47 

💬 The best way to understand this work is to experience it. In this small-group session, you'll be guided through a gentle neural retraining process designed to help your brain begin releasing a stress pattern at its source. No sharing required — you simply relax and let your system do the work. Many women notice a shift in the very first session.

 

 

Monthly Reset Sessions 

Format: 60-minute live group session monthly + member portal

Price: $77/month, cancel anytime 

💬 For women who have completed an Introductory Session and want to keep the work going. Each month focuses on a different anxiety-related pattern — overthinking, overwhelm, people-pleasing, negative self-talk, and more. Includes the live session, a replay, short between-session reset audios for ‘in-the-moment’ situations, and email support. A consistent monthly rhythm is where the deeper cumulative shifts can happen.

Private Sessions 

Format: 90-minute, 1:1 sessions on Zoom 

Price: $497 (3-session package, each session is 90 minutes, includes Introductory Session if needed) 

💬 For women who prefer the focus and privacy of individualized work. Sessions are paced and focused around your specific patterns, with email support between sessions. Limited availability — a small number of new private clients are accepted each month.
