Hi, I’m Jelena — often described as a mind-body specialist, though what truly defines me is an endless curiosity for learning and healing.
Over the years, I’ve earned certifications in Traumatic Stress Studies, HeartMath, and the MAP Method, and I’m currently completing my degree in psychology and psychotherapy.
One of the highlights of my journey was collaborating with Dr. Gabor Maté, a profound experience that deepened my understanding of the body–mind connection.

My own story began after a serious car accident left me partially paralyzed. Along with the physical recovery, I also struggled with emotional stress and weight fluctuations — challenges that taught me firsthand how deeply our emotions affect our bodies.

For most of my life, I chased the “perfect body,” thinking it would bring happiness. But healing taught me something deeper — peace doesn’t come from appearance, it comes from within.
